  4. Mash and Strain: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Use a spoon or potato masher to mash the berries and extract as much juice as possible. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  5. Add Honey: Once the mixture has cooled to lukewarm, add the raw honey and stir well. It’s important to let it cool before adding honey to preserve the honey’s beneficial properties.
  6. Store: Pour the syrup into a clean glass jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator. It should last for about 2-3 months.

Usage:
